What We Need From You
- A usable spare, whether it is a full-size or a temporary donut
- The jack and lug wrench if they came with the vehicle
- The wheel lock key, if your vehicle uses locking lug nuts
- A safe spot to pull over, or a call to us before you attempt one

Done Safely, Not Just Quickly
We work from the side of the vehicle away from traffic wherever the position allows, use proper jack points so nothing gets bent, and torque the lug nuts correctly rather than guessing. Under-tightened wheels come loose, over-tightened studs snap, and either one turns a flat tire into something much worse.
Before we leave, we check the pressure in your spare. A donut that has been sitting in the trunk for six years is frequently soft, and finding that out at forty miles an hour is not the plan.
